Fitness, Bodybuilding and Sports Performance Training Breakthrough

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 1:57 pm

Waterford, MI (PRWEB) January 13, 2010 — The 10 Buck Training Methods were designed and created to reduce time spent exercising and actually increase workout results with truly unique techniques and workout structures. The programs are only available in internet download form for immediate use and come complete with workout schedule and integrated training logs that can be printed to record and track actual results for each exercise. The program downloads are available in PDF format at their website for only $10, along with fitness, sports, and bodybuilding nutritional supplements, apparel, equipment and related books and magazines.

10BuckFitness.com was created to deliver revolutionary weightlifting based fitness programs via the internet in lieu of previously marketed printed materials for 3 reasons. The first reason was rapid deployment and exposure, to save fitness and weightlifting enthusiasts from spending far too much time training, and potentially wasting years of training using techniques that may not produce results equal to the training efforts. The internet was the obvious choice to make the biggest difference in fitness results and athletic goals in the least amount of time.

Second, with the modern world’s concerns for energy conservation and natural resource preservation- downloaded programs can be read on the end user’s computer or digital book reader. Printed materials are reserved for only the training schedule each week which includes the training log as well. Additionally, customers not only receive their products instantly- there are no shipping costs or the energy use involved with shipping, no backorder issues, or incorrect shipments to deal with.

Third, with the economic challenges facing people and markets around the world- these programs are assembled in a simple training manual, using simple illustrations instead of expensive glossy color formats. This format reduces production costs to the point of being affordable to all, and although the training programs are perfectly suited for the most expensive health clubs or gym environments- they require nothing beyond an adjustable weightlifting bench and a basic set of weights and can be performed in a home gym. This could potentially save the customer the costs of health club or gym memberships- creating another economic advantage.

The 10 Buck Training Methods were developed from over 3 decades of weightlifting training diaries and logbooks scoured for the workout structures and intensity techniques that have produced the most results in the shortest time period- from muscle size and strength gains, to increased cardio fitness and endurance. The best results producing techniques were then combined into a single training structure with 4 levels of training intensity to suit both the individual fitness and strength goals of each unique customer, as well as the amount of time available to exercise each day. By combining and/or overlapping specific intensity techniques, and creating a training schedule that gains additional efficiencies through overlapping muscle groups and varied intensity levels. The workout training times claimed are remarkably reduced when compared to a conventional weightlifting or bodybuilding program.

The reduced workout training times are a critical component of The 10 Buck Training Methods that help athletes maintain a consistent workout schedule in today’s fast paced lifestyles- which are the main reason for inconsistent workout schedules, and hence, inconsistent fitness results.

The 10 Buck Training Methods flagship year round training programs are offered in 2 categories: for those under the age of 40, and for ages 40 and over- addressing the different fitness and recovery needs of those two groups, as well as the differences in flexibility, joint strength, and fat loss goals. There are also off-season versions of these programs designed to focus on strength and power training. In addition to the flagship programs- there are a series of advanced training reports being released in February 2010, and additional advanced bodybuilding and specialty fitness programs scheduled for release later this year.

Enjoy a Green Fundraiser with the Power of Soy Candles

Filed under: Uncategorized — Tags: — ccoke @ 1:29 pm

Anyone who has a child in school already knows that fundraisers are a big part of the school experience. Whether your son or daughter attends a public or a private school, chances are you will be receiving a fundraising packet at least once every couple of months. Unfortunately many schools are still using the same old fundraising items – things like candy bars, pizzas and tins of popcorn. While these fun food items certainly have their place, there are better and more effective fundraising options.

The same problem often plagues nonprofit organizations and community groups. These organizations also rely on fundraising for a large part of their budgets, and they often sell many of the same items as those school kids. While just about everyone loves a slice of pizza or a delicious candy bar, there are only so many buyers to go around. Changing the items you sell can increase your profits and enhance the effectiveness of your fundraising activities.

Hold a Green Fundraiser

Environmental consciousness is on the minds of many people these days, and many of us are looking for a way to reduce the environmental impact of our everyday lives. Buying green products is a great way to help the environment without sacrificing your lifestyle, and green products can also be a great way to raise funds for a worthy cause. Whether you are raising money for your child’s school or for your favorite charity, environmentally friendly products like soy candles can be a great choice.  Just consider some of the many reasons that soy candles can be so popular as fundraising items.

Soy Candles Make Great Gifts

Everyone loves the holidays, but not everyone loves shopping for Christmas and Hanukkah. Many people relish the idea of getting all their holiday shopping done in one place, and a soy candle fundraiser gives your friends, coworkers and family members the opportunity to do just that. Soy candles make wonderful holiday gifts, so holding a fundraiser a month or two before Christmas is a great way to raise funds and reduce the stress of the holidays. Soy candles in popular scents like cinnamon and pine may be particularly hot sellers, but other scents can be perfect for the holiday season as well.

Soy Candles are Perfect for Both Men and Women

Unlike many other fundraising items, soy candles are gender neutral gifts. Both men and women will enjoy the fresh scent and charm that candles can provide, and that makes soy candles the perfect choice for any fundraiser. Keeping fundraising items gender neutral can be particularly important if you plan to sell products at the office. Both men and women will enjoy the products you have to offer, and that can mean more sales and more money.

Soy Candles are Environmentally Friendly

Many people are looking for a way to help the environment, and soy candles are certainly an environmentally sound choice. Natural soy candles are made with environmentally friendly ingredients, without the harsh dyes and chemicals that are often used to make traditional candles. If you are looking for a way to raise money in an environmentally responsible manner, a soy candle fundraiser is the perfect choice.

Thinking negatively can boost your memory, study finds

Filed under: Uncategorized — ccoke @ 12:09 pm

An Autralian study is showing that bad moods can actually be good for your brain.  The study from the University of New South Wales, showed that people in a negative mood were more critical of, and paid more attention to, their surroundings than happier people, who were more likely to believe anything they were told. The study also showed that positive moods seem to promote more creativity and coperation while negative moods tend to promote attentiveness and awareness of the surroundings.

This seems crazy to me becuase I always feel like when I am in a bad mood I couldnt care less about whats going on around me or what someone may be saying.  Interesting stuff.

Ever Heard of Guaranteed Issue Health Insurance?

Filed under: Uncategorized — Tags: — ccoke @ 10:14 am

Recently as I was doing some internet research on affordable health insurance plans, I came across a health insurance term that had never heard of…guaranteed issue health insurance.  Now I dont claim to be a health insurance expert…far from it, but surely I would have heard of that before.  Well in some circles it is referred to as a Mini Med health plan (as opposed to a major medical plan which is what most people have) or as a guaranteed acceptance health plan.  The bottom line is this a health insurance plan for people who either have pre-existing conditions that prevents them from getting a major medical plan or for people who just do not have access to a reasonably priced major medical plan…like people in between jobs or something.

Like the name suggests, guaranteed issue health insurance is truly guaranteed.  There are no medical questions answered and virtually everybody can qualify.  Essentiall the only people who get turned down are those with a history of financial fraud or poor payment practices. Of course guaranteed issue health insurance plans are not as comprehensive as a full blown health insurance plan, however it does have most of the necessities that someone would look for in a plan like accident coverage, emergency room fees and things like that, although some exclusions do apply.  All i know is this type of insurance sounds pretty great for the population of people who are considered “uninsureable”.

Mexican taco cart wins NYC’s street vendor award

Filed under: Uncategorized — ccoke @ 12:21 pm

It is well documented that when in New York City you have to try some of the food from the street vendors, however I never knew how serious this was.  Apparently they have an annual contest to crown the best street vendor in NYC.  This year a Brooklyn couple selling Mexican food from their cart took top honors in what is called the Vendy Awards.

Here is the full award: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090927/ap_on_fe_st/us_odd_street_vendor_award;_ylt=Av_DIHNFJjOgvlNIUEAT9sDtiBIF;_ylu=X3oDMTJyYTZuOGpuBGFzc2V0A2FwLzIwMDkwOTI3L3VzX29kZF9zdHJlZXRfdmVuZG9yX2F3YXJkBGNwb3MDMgRwb3MDMwRzZWMDeW5fdG9wX3N0b3J5BHNsawNtZXhpY2FudGFjb2M-

Hello Pondfilter.com!

Filed under: Uncategorized — ccoke @ 11:42 am

Well, while my pond got off to a bad start this year, it rebounded nicely until my filter broke last month.  As the summer is the worst time for a filter to go down, i quickly bought a new one without having the luxury of shopping around.  I got the new filter and installed and my pond got back in order.  So in my spare time this week I thought i would do some looking around online into the costs of pond filters and to see if i got hosed or not on my new one.  While I found I did OK for myself, i did come across a new store I had not seen before, PondFilter.com.

The site looks to have a central focus on pond filters and pond filtration supplies.  As most pond owners know, this is the highest priority in maintaining a pond, so I was glad to find the site.  They told me the store is new and more products and articles will be added frequently.  I am really excited about this new find and know I will be a customer next season.

Obama swats a fly…so what

Is this all that PETA has to do now…worry about the rights of houseflies?  While their response to the presidents “execution” of a housefly was not as demonstrative and over the top as many of their protests and demonstrations, the fact that they even had to comment on it and make it out be more than it was is completely ridiculous to me.  I guess we all should think before we squash a mosquito that is sucking the blood from our leg and worry about its feelings first.

Filed under: Uncategorized — ccoke @ 11:55 am

So a lady in Australia just won $10 million in the lottery. The kicker is, she won it 10 months ago, but only now checked her lottery ticket. Apparently this had been a mystery and everyone was wondering who the winner was since it was known that “someone” had the lucky numbers.

Here is the full story from CNN http://www.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/asiapcf/05/28/australia.winning.lottery/index.html?iref=mpstoryview

So far I have been really impressed with the humic acid as my grass around my pond is looking really thick and healthy, so I have to say for as inexpensive as that humic acid was, I think I will be using it all the time now. Now that I am believer in the quality of this product, I decided to check out the products they make for ponds, and to my surprise, they make a lot of them.  It appears they have a heavy focus in bacterias, which as a pond owner I understand the importance there.  But aside from the numerous pond bacteria products, they generally have a lot of pond supplies and ones that are very safe and environmentally friendly and that is important to me.  I recently got in some of their Pond Keeper Dissolvable Bacteria Blocks since I have never seen a product like this before. I was a little skeptical as I normally use liquids, but boy are these blocks easy to use.  I just toss one or two in and within a few minutes they have sunk to the bottom and dissolved and so far my water has been clear as always and these are much less expensive than the other bacteria I have been using. I wish I had more friends with ponds so I could show these to them too.

Figuring out those confusing health insurance terms

While I have been shopping around for a new health insurance plan, I keep coming across terms and jargon that I was not familiar with and it has been very frustrating having to decifer what these things mean.  Well, while trying to find out the meaning of one of these terms I came across a website called Ehealthmenu.com. At first glance it is a very un-assuming website, void of fancy graphics and color schemed, but what it has is a robust listing of health insurance terms and their definitions.  With all of these terms being contained within one site, it certainly makes reading over possible health plans much easier since I dont have to do google searches for specific words. I have already bookmarked this site and have started telling friends and family members who are also shopping around for health insurance.
